Seastay is a family run business established in 2009 that offer amazing accomodation around the East Kent coast. We are dedicated to providing guests with the best possible experience, whether they are looking for a relaxing retreat, an energetic, active break or a traditional family summer holiday.

We take pride in our properties and go to great lengths to ensure that every detail is perfect, from the cleanliness of the property to the comfort of the furnishings. We boast a variety of properties, from a cosy lodge on a working farm near Deal, to stunning sea view apartments and houses located around the coast.

Our family-run business prides itself on the personal touch, with guests receiving a warn and friendly welcome upon arrival and any assistance they may need during their stay.

Spotless, modern, super quiet, feels just like home

We have spent Mother's Day weekend at this wonderful place & we miss it already . The flat is spotless, very modern, super quiet and just feels like home. The owner answered all the questions immediately. We have been lucky with the weather and the sunrise we have seen from the living room was just breathtaking. The beds are the most comfortable we ever slept on!! We also went for a lovely walk to Broadstairs along the coast and visited few lovely cafes. We were lucky with the host offering an early check in which we swapped for a later check out. Would love to come back for a longer break in the summer Thank you!
