Harmony Hills is an ethical, family-run property management company, specialising in design-led holiday homes. We only operate in East Kent, where we provide a hands-on, bespoke service in an area we know and love.

We take care of everything for you, from cleaning to maintenance, guest communication to marketing and more.

We work with second home owners and multi-unit Landlords, using state of the art software to streamline the full process to offer the best possible experience to home owners and their guests. We love helping our clients maximise the income potential of their second homes or property portfolio and by marketing to a higher end clientele, we aim to bring respectable and considerate visitors into the area, to benefit local businesses and to help build a sustainable hospitality industry.

We also offer a 'rent2rent' service to landlords, guaranteeing a monthly rent, whilst maintaining the property to show home standard.
